As an RN at our Macky & Pam Stansell House inpatient facility, you will: - Be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA (American Nurses Association) Standards and the Nursing Process - Utilize equipment and technology skillfully and is technically competent in nursing procedures - Oversee and/or participates in safe medication handling and practices - Educate patients and families on significant self-care and end of life issues, all hospice services, patient liability for payment and ensures consent and payer forms are completed - Act as a patient advocate.
