What You'll Do: - Design and deploy a unified Facilities, HSE and Administrative Affairs system across all OPLOG Türkiye warehouses — one standard, multiple sites - Systemize the end-to-end administrative operations of every warehouse: cleaning, security, shuttle services, cafeteria and catering, building maintenance, utilities, waste management, pest control, signage, working environment standards — moving each from "managed case by case" to "defined, measured and continuously improved" - Build the occupational health and safety architecture for an environment where humans work alongside autonomous robots (TARQAN) - Own end-to-end ISO 45001 (OHS) and ISO 14001 (Environment) certification, audit cycles and...
