ABOUT THE ROLE: The HR Generalist is a critical, hands-on role responsible for owning and executing the day-to-day HR operations at DebtBook. This role is ideal for a highly experienced, adaptable HR professional who thrives in lean environments, can operate with minimal oversight, and is comfortable flexing across the full spectrum of HR. As a key member of our small People team, this person will help stabilize, scale, and mature HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
