Facilities Manager, Data Center Operations

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in the management of teams performing installation, maintenance, or upgrade work in data center or business-critical facilities. - 7 years of experience in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, controls, water chemistry, generators, or other similar technical domains. - 5 years of experience in data centers, hospitals, hotel industry, power plants, High Voltage (HV) electrical substations, or other mission-critical facility maintenance and operations. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing a mission-critical facilities portfolio or operations. - Understanding of the operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and control systems in a data center environment. - Ability to develop and grow team members, through coaching, mentoring, and training. - Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
