Assistant Store Manager - Ankara Panora AVM - On-site The Assistant Store Leader supports the Store Leader in the daily operations of the Dyson store, guiding the team and ensuring the flawless delivery of the brand experience. This role requires hands‑on leadership, coaching, and active engagement on the shop floor to drive both operational excellence and exceptional customer experience. The Assistant Store Leader contributes to store targets, supports team development, and ensures Dyson’s innovative brand standards are consistently executed. About the role: Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction, and provide recommendations to the Store Leader. Support the testing and implementation of new services, process improvements, and operational enhancements. Track and execute actions that contribute to overall store performance. Share observations related to stock, services, and operations with the Store Leader and relevant managers. Ensure Dyson’s high customer experience standards are fully implemented in the store.
