AV Installer/Low Voltage Tech

Job description

Daily installation and setup of various residential and light commercial low voltage/automation electronic systems including audio/video, lighting, shades, climate control, telephone and computer networks. Building audio/video racks, speaker installation, mounting TVs. Prewire and trim out of all low voltage cabling. Calibrate and troubleshoot audio video systems, network, lighting control, and automation equipment. Provide programming and operational instruction session for end users. Maintain a clean work area and vehicle on a daily basis. Complete accurate job reports, change orders, and work orders. Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and supplies, and organize as needed. Candidate Requirements: Professional, courteous, polite, and respectful manner in all situations. Organizational skills. Energetic, positive attitude and driven personality. Effective written & verbal communication skills. Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
