Description Oliver Winery, the 30th largest winery in the country, has an opening for an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager. This is a critical leadership position responsible for the technical integrity, operational efficiency, and long-term reliability of the winery and hospitality facilities. This role oversees all aspects of facility maintenance, capital projects, and engineering standards to ensure seamless high-volume production while maintaining strict safety and quality compliance. Not only will you get the opportunity to work on large projects, you will own the maintenance of our wine-making equipment, the production line all on a 4.5 day work week so you have time to enjoy your weekends.
