Your future responsibilities: - Responsible for the daily implementation of performance targets in collaboration with your team - Coordinating your employees and liaising with team members to ensure safety, order, and cleanliness - Supporting the shift supervisor in day-to-day operations and continuous process improvement - Training and guiding new employees through work procedures - You lead your team in a motivating, respectful, and results-oriented manner and serve as a competent point of contact and role model What we’re looking for: - Ideally, experience in warehouse logistics - Some experience in team leadership - Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system) - You tackle challenges with a solution-oriented approach and can quickly familiarize yourself with new responsibilities.
