Job description

Compensation Salary Schedule: Overview: To provide continuing analytical services to identify opportunities for improvement in district business processes to support district and stakeholders through the use of district dashboard and reports. QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of and commitment to decentralized decision making and accountability for results. Ability to work and communicate effectively as liaisons among the internal operational departments, business process owners, and end users. Ability to analyze business processes in order to provide recommendations for improvements that achieve expected end/results. Analytical skills for reviewing information, identifying important issues and formulating alternative solutions to problems in area of responsibility while considering a total system’s view. Knowledge of district’s information systems including the design and operational processes; ability to remain current with changing technology as it relates to district’s information processes, operations, and system configuration.
