This role is designed for a proactive professional with existing People Partnering experience who can balance core administrative compliance with a strategic focus on Talent Management and stakeholder support. Key Responsibilities: As our HR People Generalist, you will be responsible for: Lifecycle Management: Leading the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, including coordinating and delivering engaging induction sessions. Regulatory Filings: Managing all statutory employment registrations with Social Security and other relevant government bodies. Foreign National Support: Preparing and managing work permit applications, employment licenses, and renewals to ensure 100% compliance.
