How you will make an impact: The Mine Supervisor is responsible for executing short- and long-term mine plans to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective sand production. This role partners closely with plant operations, mine planning, geology, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between mine output and customer demand. In addition to planning responsibilities, this role oversees contractor-supported work, including large-scale projects and site development activities, ensuring alignment with operational priorities, safety standards, and timelines.
