Reporting to the Woodlands Operations Superintendent, the Woodlands Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day harvesting operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of operational plans while supporting West Fraser’s commitment to sustainable forest management. You'll Do: - Lead and supervise logging contractors and field operations to safely achieve production targets - Ensure compliance with company safety standards, environmental requirements, and provincial forest regulations - Monitor harvesting, road building, and hauling activities to ensure operational efficiency and cost control - Coordinate daily and weekly operating plans with contractors and internal partners - Identify and resolve operational challenges in the field in a timely and effective manner - Maintain strong working relationships with contractors, First Nations, stakeholders, and internal teams - Participate fully in West Fraser’s Safety Management System to support an...
