What you’ll be doing: - Review referral requests to ensure that it meets established criteria - Ensure data is collected and input as required - Attend meetings with referral source as required - Document and escalate service issues - Monitor the work of assigned clinicians to ensure adherence to specific standards and timelines and provide support to our clinician network to ensure they are managing expectations - Add to a positive work culture by identifying efficiencies and solutions to any issues - Liaise with the client/patient, third parties (including insurers), the employer and various health care professionals - Act as the first point of contact fo...
