Overview The Program Manager provides Air Education and Training Command (AETC) development and sustainment support for comprehensive marketing analytics dashboard services to support recruiting efforts for the Department of the Air Force. Responsibilities: · Responsible for the management and oversight of all Contractor and subcontractor personnel performing work under this task order, ensuring their performance meets established standards outlined in this Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and as required by the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). · Oversee performance management program for all project staff – mentor team leads and set quantifiable goals for employees · Assist in identifying inefficiencies, mapping current workflows, proposing improvements, and monitoring process performance. · Support the Government in facilitating continuous improvement sessions, such as retrospectives, planning events, and daily stand-ups, where applicable and align/tailor process improvement tools and methodologies with Government objectives and specific needs of each functional section. · Establish and maintain an effec...
