MKTQ225R60: As a Principal Event Marketing Operations Manager at Databricks, reporting to the Director, Event Marketing, you'll collaborate with the corporate event marketing team and partners to drive and support the strategy and execution of our flagship Data + AI Summit Operations. The impact you will have: - Create optimized operations models by analyzing past plans and feedback. - Develop a comprehensive operations strategy roadmap with internal and external partners. - Manage all program operations communications (project plans, DACI, logistics, briefs, accountability). - Implement comprehensive internal and external customer service plans. - Utilize best-in-class technology, materials, and systems to elevate program operations. - Support the team in exceeding key metrics like registration, attendance, engagement, efficiency, and business impact.
