Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 2 to support retail food operations at UMass Memorial HealthAlliance in Leominster, Massachusetts . This community-based hospital is part of the UMass Memorial Health system and is committed to exceptional patient, visitor, and employee experiences. In this role, you’ll oversee hospital retail dining operations while playing a key role in Sodexo’s “Growing Places” partnership , an innovative program that connects hospitals with local, minority‑owned, and small business food vendors . As Retail Manager 2, you will serve as a liaison between the hospital and external Growing Places partners , helping onboard and support new vendors while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
