About the role. The Learning & Development Specialist collaborates across L&D, HR, and business partners to design and deliver learning experiences that build capability at every level of PURE. This role blends instructional design, program execution, and learning ecosystem management. It is ideal for someone who can think critically, maintain a high attention to detail, and bring creativity and expertise to develop learning solutions. You’ll play a critical role in strengthening our learning infrastructure while also creating engaging, modern learning solutions that reflect our brand and culture. What You’ll Do. Design and Deliver Learning Experiences: Apply adult learning principles to assess needs, design content, and create engaging and high impact learning experiences across formats including instructor-led, e-learning, video, etc. Translate business and leadership topics into clear, practical, and compelling content Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for quality, clarity, and brand consistency Manage and Optimize the Learning Ecosystem: Serve as administrator for the Workday Learn, providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting.
