Job DetailsJob Location: Kala House - Orangevale, CA 95662Salary Range: $30.00 - $30.00 HourlyReports to: Senior Clinical Director Departments: Kala Residential Homes (Kala House Senior, Kala House Junior, Kala Springs, and affiliated CCH homes) Status: Full-time Locations: Greater Sacramento Area, varied FLSA: Exempt Last Revision: 03/02/2026: Job Summary: The QBMP develops, implements, monitors, and revises Individual Behavior Support Plans (IBSPs) and Individual Emergency Intervention Plans (IEIPs) for residents residing in Kala residential homes. The QBMP ensures services promote resident safety, independence, dignity, and quality of life while meeting regulatory standards set forth by Alta Regional Center, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Community Care Licensing (CCL), the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Final Rule, and California Title 17. The QBMP provides clinical oversight, staff training, supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), fidelity monitoring, interdisciplinary collaboration, and crisis support within residential settings.
