This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to start a career in the automotive or skilled trades industry . You’ll support our builders by preparing materials, staging parts, and maintaining shop readiness — while gaining exposure to how Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans are transformed into RVIA-certified builds . No prior van conversion experience required. We hire for attitude, reliability, and mechanical aptitude — and train the rest.
