In this role, you will support day-to-day charter operations, ensure smooth communication between clients, brokers, and operators, and manage logistics for each flight from booking through post-flight follow-up. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate private jet flight logistics — including scheduling, permits, and ground handling. - Act as the main point of contact for clients and operators throughout the trip lifecycle. - Monitor active flights to ensure on-time departures and arrivals. - Review and verify flight documents, confirmations, and invoices. - Support the sales and brokerage team with quotes, trip sheets, and updates. - Handle urgent operational needs, including after-hours support when required. - Maintain accurate records and reports for all charter trips.
