Shift and Status Full time, 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., variable days and every other weekend Hybrid: Mostly remote setting, must be willing to go onsite for orientation About Hospice: Corewell Health Hospice specializes in providing end of life care and symptom management to individuals with a life expectancy of six month or less, serving individuals in their home, nursing facilities, and in the hospital. Summary: Delivers nursing services per Hospice and Palliative care standards including providing world-class customer service to patients, providers, service lines, outpatient and inpatient departments and other health systems. Essential Functions: - Manages and documents calls in a timely, efficient manner consistent with Hospice and Palliative Care standards.
