Role Overview As a Facilities Manager supporting our Electrical Facilities, you will lead the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of mission-critical electrical systems supporting OCI data centers. This role owns electrical maintenance execution, vendor performance, technician leadership, operational readiness, and incident response to ensure continuous uptime and protection of compute load. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators, transfer switches, PDUs, busway, grounding, and related monitoring platforms. This role is centered on plant operations and field execution rather than primary design authority. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operation, maintenance, and service execution for critical electrical infrastructure. Single POC as the technical lead for all mechanical systems, including incident escalation Own electrical plant readiness, including preventive maintenance, testing, repairs, corrective work, and outage coordination.
