SMS Site Process Mgr in GAC Savannah Unique Skills: Experience preferred in conducting investigations, training/mentoring new investigators, data collection and analysis, identifying root causes, and developing preventative strategies. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Safety, Human Factors, or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years of experience in airworthiness programs or a combination of human factors and training experience that lend to successful execution of SMS related programs. Position Purpose: In coordination with the Corporate Safety Management System (SMS) Manager and site management, the SMS Site Process Manager is responsible for site-specific operational planning, coordination, administration, training and financial costing of all matters associated with legislative SMS issues.
