Job DetailsJob Location: Webster City, IA 50595Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $26.00 - $35.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayJoin Iowa Home Care as a Home Health Nurse, where you’ll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to a 22 year old in need of assistance in their home. In this role, you’ll follow physician-directed care plans, administer treatments, and work closely with a dedicated care team to support the health, safety, and well-being of this patient. Must be comfortable with g-tubes and oral suctioning. This is a shift case where you will have set and steady hours Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: Deliver care according to the physician’s plan and established nursing standards. Conduct home visits and shifts, assessing client conditions, recording vitals, and noting any changes. Administer nursing procedures, manage medications, and provide treatments following physician orders and scope of practice. Promote a safe environment by educating families on home safety, infection control, and fall prevention.
