Part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, ADEY has ambitious growth plans to continue protecting the world's heating and cooling systems, to have a positive impact on the environment and people's lives. The Role: As the Continuous Improvement Practitioner you’ll be the Genuit Business Systems continuous improvement practitioner for ADEY. You will work closely with the operations teams, supporting and empowering teams to work smarter and more effectively. By championing the Genuit Business System (GBS) - its tools, techniques, and behaviours - you will help colleagues identify better ways of working and embed continuous improvement into everyday activity.
