Clinical Pharmacist Three Shires Hospital 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £45,500.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Three Shires Hospital in Northampton is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist t o join their team of staff in the Pharmacy Department. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Conduct medication reviews for inpatients and outpatients, identifying interactions, contraindications, and opportunities for medicines optimisation. - Provide tailored advice to patients on their treatment plans, including side effects, compliance, and lifestyle considerations. - Support safe prescribing through reconciliation, clinical screening, and dose adjustment. - Review and authorise prescriptions in line with clinical guidelines, formulary restrictions, and regulatory requirements. - Promote safe and cost-ef...
