About the role Mater Private Hospital Townsville is seeking an experienced Administrator / Patient Services Officer to join our Patient Services team, supporting our busy Emergency Department. We currently have one part-time position (40 hours per fortnight) and two casual positions available. These roles are suited to individuals who are flexible, reliable, and forward-thinking, with the ability to multitask and work effectively across a rotating roster. Shift times vary across the departments with shifts in Emergency between 6:45am and 10:15pm. Monday to Friday (typically 6-hour shifts) and 8-hour shifts on weekends. Salary range: Permanent Position- $39.79 - $44.25 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
