1st Shift, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM with overtime when necessary, Monday-Friday Typical starting pay, $18.76/hr.-$23.00/hr. Machine Operator (CIPP Sewing) at HammerHead: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. This full-time position requires a strong focus on safety, quality control and efficiency. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and communicating effectively with team members. What Will You Do?: Operate and maintain slitter equipment used to convert/slit materials so they can be cut to proper sizes. Replace/sharpen blades, measure blades to correctly cut size, cut/measure cardboard cores, and stage material for sewing. Operate and maintain our Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) sewing line including loading materials into the sewing line machine and ensuring proper alignment and tension.
