Job Summary: Under direct supervision of the Assistant Vice President for Advancement Operations, with additional work direction by the Database and Research Analytics Analyst, the Gift and Constituent Records Specialist performs varied administrative, technical, and analytical duties in support of the day-to-day operations of University Development programs within Advancement. The incumbent serves as a liaison and resource for faculty, staff, departments, and community pertaining to gift processing and data support and maintenance. The incumbent is responsible for completing work assignments, projects, and meeting established deadlines. Assignments require handling of multiple work priorities and accountability for own work results.
