They provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandising and stocking, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Team Members are cross-trained in multiple areas including cashiering, stocking, and pet care. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Provide knowledgeable recommendations on pet products and services. - Handle customer transactions at the register accurately and efficiently. Store Operations: - Stock shelves and ensure product displays are neat and organized. - Assist in receiving and processing shipments. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning up pet messes.
