Lumpkin County Schools is seeking applicants for a Special Education Bus Monitor for the 2025-2026 school year. Job Summary: The Special Education Bus Monitor supports the safe and orderly transportation of students with disabilities to and from school and school-related activities. This role involves assisting students on and off the bus, securing wheelchairs and safety equipment, and ensuring students follow safety rules. The monitor works closely with the bus driver and school staff to provide a calm, supportive environment, responding to student needs with patience, care, and professionalism.
