Job description

The Managing Director of School Leadership is a senior leadership role responsible for driving outcomes across a Colorado-based network of public charter schools through the coaching, development, and management of School Leaders. This individual will serve as a critical connector between organizational strategy and school-level execution, ensuring that instructional priorities, leadership development, and operational systems are implemented effectively across campuses. The Managing Director will directly support School Leaders to strengthen instructional quality, adult culture, and organizational effectiveness, ultimately improving student outcomes. This role requires a leader who can operate both strategically and hands-on, spending significant time in schools coaching leaders and supporting execution.
