Director, New Business Development BCI is a growing 1B contracted management company serving clients in the area of dining services, security, janitorial and facility management. We are seeking a Director, New Business Development to acquire new logos in complex, enterprise sales environments This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer. Extensive travel required. Salary: 108K-202K: Key Responsibilities: - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for new commercial accounts - Build and scale sales processes, playbooks, and operating model as the organization grows - Nurture executive-level relationships with procurement, real estate, and operations decision makers - Operate as a highly hands-on individual contributor, owning day-to-day prospecting, deal management, and closing activities - Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting in Salesforce - Lead proposal strategy and represent BCI at industry events and conferences What You Bring: Required: - 5+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated success acquiring new logos - Experience building sales processes, not just executing within fully established enterprise sales organizations - Track record selling in...
