As a Lead Full Stack Engineer in our Insights team, you will take technical ownership of the tools that help the music industry discover its next stars. You will lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary squad (Frontend and Data Engineering) focused on our strategic B2B products: the Artist & Repertoire (A&R) Dashboard and Fan Insights. This is an IC-heavy leadership role for a technical expert who wants to drive architecture and execution while maintaining a hands-on presence in the code. This position reports directly to the Director of Engineering and is designed for an engineer with the potential and desire to transition into an Engineering Management (EM) role as the team scales.
