THE ROLE The Sales & Catering Coordinator is the operational backbone of our Sales and Events team. You'll keep the department running smoothly — managing documentation, supporting clients, and ensuring every group and event detail is communicated and executed flawlessly across the property. SCHEDULE & PHYSICAL Flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
