Program Manager, Blank School Pre-Collegiate Program (Time-limited)

THE OPPORTUNITY: The Program Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership for the Blank School’s pre-collegiate summer programs. This position is responsible for end-to-end program execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across residential and commuter offerings. The Program Manager partners closely with campus and external stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality experiences for high school students and their families. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Responsible for the execution of all operational aspects of Pre-College programs, including timelines, staffing plans, logistics, and daily run-of-show. Oversee day-to-day program operations during sessions, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to ensure a high-quality student experience. Ensure full compliance with all state, local, and institutional requirements related to programs serving minors; oversee documentation, training, and incident response. Build and sustain strong partnerships with campus partners such as Student Life, Residential Life, Public Safety, Health Services, Facilities, faculty, and external vendors.
