Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift Description: Department: Environmental Services Shift: Overnights(11pm-7:30am, rotating weekends, rotating holidays) - Performs daily cleaning, buffing and bonneting procedures in accordance with all facility training in assigned areas. - Performs striping and waxing of floors and surfaces as assigned. - Supports quality patient care services by maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe and orderly environment for health care providers as well as patients and visitors of all ages and developmental levels. - The Floor Technician demonstrates behavior consistent with the operating principles of Loyola University Medical Center and functions as a contributing member of a health care team which meets patient needs through effective communication and commitment to quality outcomes. - Performs daily and project scheduled floor care procedures thorough out the facility. Must be able to operate equipment safely and proficiently.
