This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user IT Help Desk tickets. All Desktop Support Technicians report to the IT Manager, Support. Schedule: This role is a traditional in-office position, Monday through Friday. What You'll Do: General hardware and software support: Advanced technical troubleshooting with local & remote users Process Help Desk tickets and aid in the proper flow of ticket queues Heavy communication directly with customers when processing tickets Delegate/Escalate tickets to others as needed IT asset and inventory management in the asset database What You'll Need: 2+ years of relevant experience Comfortable with ticket tracking systems: Prior experience in customer service: Excellent understanding of computing concepts: Good understanding of computer networks: Good understanding of system...
