JOB SUMMARY: CARE is seeking a Senior Director of Donor Experience to lead engagement, stewardship, and community-building for our major and principal donors. This highly collaborative role shapes and oversees the delivery of high-touch experiences that deepen trust, foster learning and connection, and support long-term philanthropic partnerships with CARE. Working in close partnership with frontline fundraisers and teams across Marketing, Events, and Programs, the Senior Director creates an engaging donor journey that deeply connects donors to the mission, the work, and CARE’s global leaders. This role will bring new ideas, seek out best practices and trends, and engage CARE supporters in new and dynamic ways. They will strengthen and expand CARE’s donor engagement opportunities—including regional gatherings, salon dinners, virtual briefings, and donor travel—ensuring well-executed engagements that educate, build community, and inspire donors to prioritize CARE in their philanthropy.
