The USAO’s ACE program primarily focuses on the recovery of federal funds lost to fraud or other misconduct and seeks civil relief for violations of federal law, including health, safety, civil rights and environmental laws. Period of performance is from Award to May 31, 2026, through the end of option final option period, 5/31/2027. Responsibilities: On a regular or recurring basis, the contractor will conduct the following tasks: Seeks and locates information to support ACE investigations and litigation through communications with law enforcement, government officials, witnesses, and counsel.
