About the Role As Group Legal Counsel at BDR Thermea Group, you will be an integral part of our Global Legal team, reporting into Elke (our Legal Director ) and working closely alongside Eline (Senior Legal Counsel) . This is a hands-on, high-impact role in which you will support the organisation with a broad legal inhouse scope in general and across 4 pillars more specifically : procurement contracting, treasury, privacy and trade compliance . You will be trusted to work independently, engage proactively with internal stakeholders, and bring the kind of commercial and risk-aware mindset that keeps a complex international business moving forward. In this role, you will own the legal support for our procurement organisatio n . You will lead the development and implementation of a new contract policy and fit for purpose contract templates, and provide coaching and training to empower our procurement colleagues in their contracting activities. This is a hybrid role, based out of Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. You are invited to work on-site at the office for a minimum of two day per week.
