Come join our team as a Regional Fleet and Safety Coordinator We are currently looking for a Regional Fleet and Safety Coordinator. The Regional Fleet and Safety Coordinator is critical to maximizing fleet efficiencies and execution of safety best practices to ensure a safe working environment for R.T. Moore employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Thoroughly conduct regular job site safety audits across Midwest departments to ensure adherence of all safety regulations in accordance with the company safety policy, OSHA, and general contractor requirements. · Accurately track and summarize safety audits to ensure coverage across all crews and job sites for compliance. · Urgently communicate safety audit violations to field crews and management to guarantee a safe work environment. · Proactively involve field leaders in the safety audits to highlight areas of improvement. · Assertively work with corporate safety managers to identify what changes need to be made to current policies and procedures. · Hold each field manager and superintendent accountable for completing safety training requirements. · Accurately create, compile, and track all safety training for all regional employees, including...
