Is responsible for fire prevention and initial response measures. Maintains safety practices in the area of his/her assignment. Position requires the ability to read, write and speak the English language in an understanding manner and be able to follow written and oral instructions. Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Possess the ability to deal tactfully with co-workers, patients and visitors.
