Tenant Participation Officer Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 to £44,075 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: About the Role: Birmingham City Council is seeking a passionate and proactive Tenant Participation Officer to join our Housing Department. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our tenants by empowering them to shape the services they receive and strengthen their communities. You will play a key role in developing and delivering tenant engagement strategies, supporting tenant groups, and ensuring that residents have a meaningful voice in housing-related decisions.
