Your main tasks include quickly resolving system errors, tracking incidents, and coordinating with specialists when needed. Are you ready to dive in and support our customers? What will you be doing?: In your role you go beyond just fixing the issue, you support in executing a root cause analysis and find ways to prevent it from happening again. You are the go-to person for high-level software issues and regularly communicate with both service teams and customers.
