Who We Are: We are a fast-growing AI-robotics startup that automates logistics and production processes with innovative hardware and software solutions. Our proprietary AI controls robots to make picking more efficient. To further expand our market position, we seek a Marketing Director (m/f/d) who will oversee all marketing activities—from strategy and execution to performance analysis—and who will eventually establish and grow our marketing team. Overview: We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader to drive our brand and market presence. In this role, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and market share, while maintaining and evolving our corporate design and messaging across all channels. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns— including SEO, SEA, social media, and email marketing—to generate leads and increase conversions, closely monitoring key performance indicators to refine strategies.
