This position offers a $2,000 (1 year stay-on agreement) or 4,000 (2 year stay-on agreement) Sign On Bonus with the agency! This bonus will be provided upon completion of a probationary period. Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Families Forward Crisis Services manager, providing integrated behavioral and physical healthcare, including managing medication, assessing and coordinating physical/medical care, and providing direct services within Families Forward Crisis Services. Will provide medical triage for youth with Serious Emotional Disturbances (SED), substance use disorders and Developmental Disabilities coming into crisis services. May be responsible for the orderly administration and maintenance of medication which involves administering prescribed drugs both within Crisis Services.
