Position Overview Keep our communities fed. Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices — every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors, and communities. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the business. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a human resource plan that is aligned to the business strategy and will help drive the results of the location(s) you support. The role will work both strategically and hands-on with Operations partners to deliver results for the building in line with company expectations. The HR Business Partner engages the resources of the broader HR organization to enable the execution of this strategy, including leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COE’s) and HR Shared Services teams.
