About the Team: The TikTok LIVE team’s mission is to build a real-time ecosystem where communities connect through interactive, meaningful experiences. We sit at the intersection of entertainment and technology, working hand-in-hand with the world’s most influential creators and agencies to redefine what "live" means. As the TikTok LIVE Creator Growth Strategist, you won't just manage a list; you will decode the DNA of creator success. You will own the end-to-end growth methodology for a specific cohort within the ANZ ecosystem. This role is for a "behavioral architect"—someone who can look at a spreadsheet of data, understand the human motivation behind the numbers, and design scalable operational systems that drive revenue, viewership, and creator loyalty. You will be responsible for moving creators from "streaming" to "thriving" by implementing high-impact growth initiatives, gamified incentives, and content best practices tailored to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
