Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager partners with the Human Resources Director to provide support to the management team on employee relations and serve as a change champion to increase employee engagement and influence the company’s culture. Essential job functions: - Lead end-to-end onboarding processes, including orientation, training coordination, and new hire engagement. - Work with site leadership, supervisors and employees at all levels leading the human resources initiatives to achieve business goals. - Recruiting and Talent Development- Develop an effective recruitment strategy and manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding of all hourly and salaried personnel. - Provide technical support to employees and managers on LMS navigation, access issues, and course comple...
